Barbados,no surprises

Today is Independence day in Barbados and I decided to take a trip to my favorite spot on the east coast.I traveled on the Cherry Tree hill route,pass St.Nicholas' Abbey and Morgan Lewis windmill.

Even though I must have past this route a few thousand times I still enjoy it immensely.Barbados is really a very beautiful island that has been spared many of the natural disasters that have not spared others.It is for this reason that when things like the earth shake that happened yesterday occurs, people are thrust into a panic.

They never expect anything to happen to or in Barbados........

I hate to look at the Barbados tourists site that give the history of Barbados.The ones that talk of Columbus discovering these islands and the other foolish tales that the Bob Marley and Burning Spear called 'mis-education'.I agree with them as a matter of fact Burning Spear referred to Christopher Columbus as a 'damn blasted liar'.Thank god for Rastafari. Now I don't know who is Kelly Brook and to be quite truthful I don't really care...that much.What I care about like most Bajans...is that she has a good time in Barbados...just slightly beyond her imagination Now Magazine : "Kelly Brook has been showing off her curves in the Caribbean.
